Hotel Laguna Zagreb, Zagreb

The hotel is located within 30 minutes in a quiet living area from downtown. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable, but they are quite small and the shower size might not be suitable for everyone. The air conditioner system is poor, especially with only a small window available.

The hotel room was quite small for our needs, with just one single bed and an old-style bath. The lack of modern air conditioning was noticeable, and the cleanliness left much to be desired, as the room was full of little hairs, indicating it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. On the bright side, having a second toilet and hand basin was convenient.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, just minutes from the tram station and a short drive to Jelacic Square, but the neighboring buildings resembled a 'slum. ' The service was polite and pleasant, although a bit indifferent at times. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good restaurant staff but cold eggs and watery juice. The rooms, while spacious and convenient with a second bathroom, were dimly lit and had a disappointing TV. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
